On Friday, 30 May 2025, at night at 1:29, in Kaunas, on A. Kriščiukaičio street near No. 19, at the junction with Ariogalos street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a car and a BMW 525 D. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of a car, who failed to give way when changing direction. He was drunk (1.81‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry.
