Two people were injured — a 92-year-old passenger of the Citroen (treated as an outpatient) and the 53-year-old driver of the Citroen (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the BMW (4 years of driving experience), who violated overtaking rules. He was drunk (1.15‰ blood alcohol).
