On Saturday, 14 June 2025, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kelmės district municipality, Dubėnų village, on Dubėnų street near No. 8, an Orion rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Orion, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
