On Saturday, 21 June 2025, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Kauno district municipality, Bitvano village, on the Kaunas–Vandžiogala national road (kilometre 17.59), on a bridge, a collision with a motorcycle occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz and a motorcycle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 74-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (45 years of driving experience), who violated overtaking rules. Both drivers were sober.
