On Saturday, 28 June 2025, in the afternoon at 12:10, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 58.26), a Subaru Forester registered in Germany ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Subaru (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
