On Sunday, 6 July 2025, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Panevėžys, on Parko street near No. 39, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 525 D registered in Germany and a Volvo V40. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the BMW (10 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.99‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
