On Sunday, 6 July 2025, in the afternoon at 16:15, in Alytaus district municipality, Poteronių village, on Vilniaus street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW and a Renault. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to keep a safe distance.
