On Wednesday, 9 July 2025, in the morning at around 10:00, in Šiauliai, on Tilžės street, at the junction with Vairo street, a collision with one vehicle turning left and the other right occurred. The collision involved a Scania registered in Poland and a Volvo V90. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the Scania (12 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
