On Sunday, 13 July 2025, in the evening at 19:45, in Radviliškio district municipality, Šaukoto town, on Žalioji street near No. 9, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Ovriga registered in Sweden and an Opel Zafira. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 68-year-old driver of the Ovriga, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.48‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
