On Monday, 21 July 2025, in the evening at around 19:00, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Kėdainiai–Krekenava–Panevėžys national road, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved an Audi Q5 registered in Finland, a Mitsubishi Pajero and a Seat Altea. One person was injured — the 63-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (treated as an outpatient).
