On Thursday, 17 July 2025, in the evening at 19:20, in Šiauliai, on Aido street near No. 8, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra and an Audi A4 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
