On Friday, 25 July 2025, in the evening at 20:55, in Šiauliai, on Algirdo Juliaus Greimo street, at the junction with Rokiškio street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. Two people were injured — the 15-year-old driver of the Mazda (treated as an outpatient) and a 16-year-old passenger of the Mazda (hospitalized, was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 15-year-old driver of the Mazda, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
