On Sunday, 27 July 2025, at night at 3:45, in Kėdainių district municipality, on Janušavos street near No. 111, at the junction with Topolių street, an Audi A4 Avant hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the Audi (27 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (1.70‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
