On Sunday, 27 July 2025, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Zarasų district municipality, Naršėnų village, on Sodų street near No. 9, an Audi A3 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.52‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene.
