On Monday, 28 July 2025, at night at 23:30, in Švenčionių district municipality, on Kunos street, a BMW 320 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the BMW (9 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.96‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
