On Tuesday, 12 August 2025, in the evening at around 17:00, in Šiaulių district municipality, on Daugėlių street near No. 24, a e-scooter hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 56-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He fled the scene.
