On Monday, 22 September 2025, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Vilnius, on Taikos street near No. 162A, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Prius and an Opel Astra Sports Tourer. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 41-year-old driver of the Toyota, who committed other traffic rule violations. She was drunk (1.77‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
