On Tuesday, 23 September 2025, in the evening at around 17:00, in Šiauliai, on Tilžės street near No. 55, a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 65-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who entered the oncoming traffic lane. He fled the scene.
