On Sunday, 5 October 2025, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on Prancūzų street near No. 23, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW and a Mercedes-Benz E250. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the BMW (40 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
