On Friday, 10 October 2025, in the afternoon at 13:35, in Kaunas, on Liucijanavos street, at the junction with Alko street, a BMW 530 D registered in France hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 11-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc.. The driver was sober.
