On Wednesday, 22 October 2025, in the evening at 19:15, in Kauno district municipality, Armaniškių village, on the Kaunas–Marijampolė–Suvalkai (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta k. pusė) main road (kilometre 10), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf, a Volkswagen Touran, a Toyota Prius and a Volkswagen Jetta. Four people were injured — the 22-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Touran (hospitalized), the 28-year-old driver of the Toyota (hospitalized), the 41-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Jetta (hospitalized) and the 22-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Golf (hospitalized).
