On Saturday, 25 October 2025, in the morning at around 8:00, in Kaunas, on V. Krėvės pr. near No. 115, an Opel Astra Station Wagon hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 70-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Opel (6 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. The driver was sober.
