On Sunday, 2 November 2025, in the evening at 21:53, in Anykščių district municipality, Veselavos village, on the Radiškis–Anykščiai–Rokiškis national road (kilometre 15.21), a Seat Leon rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Seat (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He evaded sobriety testing and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
