On Monday, 3 November 2025, in the evening at 19:15, in Vilnius, on Vinco Kudirkos street, at the junction with Švitrigailos street, a Land Rover hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 20-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 46-year-old driver of the Land Rover (30 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
