On Friday, 7 November 2025, at night at 4:07, in Telšių district municipality, on the Telšiai–Seda national road (kilometre 15.45), a Ford Focus hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Ford (16 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.71‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
