On Wednesday, 24 December 2025, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 283), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the Nissan (26 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober.
