On Wednesday, 24 December 2025, in the evening at around 22:00, in Vilnius, on Žirmūnų street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot and an Opel Insignia Sports Tourer SW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 61-year-old driver of the Peugeot (36 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (0.44‰ blood alcohol).
