On Saturday, 27 December 2025, in the evening at 22:40, in Vilnius, on Iešmininkų street, a Toyota Avensis Verso hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Toyota (21 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.02‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
