On Friday, 12 April 2013, in the morning at around 8:00, in Šakių district municipality, on V. Kudirkos street near No. 112, at the junction with E. Steponaičio street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Sharan and a Chrysler Town & Country. No one was hurt in the accident.
