On Thursday, 25 July 2013, in the afternoon at 14:30, in Tauragės district municipality, on Vilniaus street, at the junction with Maironio street, a Ford Transit hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Ford (29 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene.
