On Saturday, 14 September 2013, in the evening at 20:10, in Šiauliai, on Tilžės street, at the junction with Rasos street, a vehicle hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 78-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He fled the scene.
