On Sunday, 24 November 2013, in the evening at 21:30, in Šiaulių district municipality, on Stoties street near No. 20, a Honda Civic hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
