On Monday, 16 December 2013, in the morning at 7:13, in Vilnius, on Savanorių pr., at the junction with Sausupio street, a Skoda Octavia hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 19-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Skoda (22 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
