On Wednesday, 16 April 2014, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, on Šiaulių street, at the junction with A. Povyliaus street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Citroen Xantia and a Toyota Avensis. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 78-year-old driver of the Citroen (43 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
