On Thursday, 17 April 2014, in the afternoon at 11:24, in Kaunas, on K. Baršausko street near No. 55, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Kamaz 55111, a Ford Transit and a Volkswagen Caddy. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 69-year-old driver of the Kamaz (48 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
