On Thursday, 17 April 2014, in the evening at 22:30, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Vilnius–Minskas main road (kilometre 30), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a 021 and a DAF FAR XF105.410 registered in Russia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the 021 (less than a year of driving experience), who entered the oncoming traffic lane.
