On Monday, 19 May 2014, in the morning at 8:30, in Vilnius, on Dariaus ir Girėno street near No. 36, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and a Volvo S60. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 64-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (13 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
