On Thursday, 22 May 2014, in the evening at around 22:00, in Kaunas, on Šiaurės pr. near No. 8D, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Ford Fiesta and a BMW 730. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 54-year-old driver of the Ford (36 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
