On Saturday, 31 May 2014, at night at 1:04, in Vilnius, on Baltupio street near No. 10, a collision occurred. The collision involved a Rover 620 and a Saab 9-3. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Rover, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 10 km/h.
