On Thursday, 5 June 2014, in the evening at around 21:00, in Kaunas, on Žemaičių street, at the junction with Rokiškio street, an Iveco AS440S43 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 57-year-old driver of the Iveco (39 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
