On Thursday, 24 July 2014, in the evening at 21:11, in Plungės district municipality, on the Mažeikiai–Plungė–Tauragė national road (kilometre 46.12), a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf and a Peugeot 407. No one was hurt in the accident.
