On Saturday, 26 July 2014, in the afternoon at 11:15, in Vilniaus district municipality, Pagirių village, on Šiltnamių street near No. 3, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Ssang Yong Musso and an Opel Corsa. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Ssang Yong (12 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
