On Monday, 25 August 2014, in the afternoon at 13:40, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Velžys–Jotainiai–Pagiriai–Šėta regional road (kilometre 14.39), a BMW 730 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations.
