On Friday, 10 October 2014, in the evening at 17:18, in Alytaus district municipality, on the Daugai–Meškučiai–Meškasalis regional road (kilometre 19.90), a KIA Motors Sportage rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the KIA Motors (28 years of driving experience), who was driving fatigued. He fled the scene.
