On Friday, 28 November 2014, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kaunas, on S. Žukausko street, at the junction with P. Lukšio street, a Mitsubishi Space Star hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
