On Friday, 14 November 2014, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Jonavos district municipality, on the Jonava–Liepiai–Pasraučiai national road (kilometre 1.70), a vehicle hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
