On Saturday, 17 January 2015, in the morning at 5:30, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Rumšiškės–Pravieniškės II regional road (kilometre 1), a Mazda 323 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Mazda, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was icy. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
