On Sunday, 18 January 2015, in the evening at around 21:00, in Šilalės district municipality, on D. Poškos street near No. 7, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 407, an Opel Zafira and a Volkswagen Sharan. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Peugeot (11 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She was drunk (2.39‰ blood alcohol).
