On Friday, 23 January 2015, in the evening at 18:07, in Kėdainių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 134.20), a Volkswagen Golf hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 41-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (19 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober.
