On Monday, 2 February 2015, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Panevėžys, on F. Vaitkaus street, at the junction with Statybininkų street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 Avant and a Neoplan N 4014. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Audi (16 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance and entered the oncoming traffic lane. Both drivers were sober.
